Tire dealer or garage that stores winter tires over summer

I change between winter and summer tires every season (actually, I get a garage to do it). I have now moved within Brussels and my new cellar is very small so would prefer not to store tires there. In Stockholm, I have heard of tire dealers or garages that will change your tires but also store the non-used ones for half a year. Does something like this exist in Brussels? How much would it cost?
