Time/life management question
For all you expats who don't have an extensive network of family babysitters here - tell me how you stay fit? I work very long hours and my days start at 6h, rush home for cooking meals and other family obligations, and fall asleep exhausted by ten. Then the next morning it starts all over again.
When do you find the time to exercise? Meet friends? Have me-time? Have a hobby?
Right now I would be happy just to find the time/energy for daily exercise. Any tips very welcome!!!!
