Therapist for relationship/self-esteem - ideally familiar with GLBT issues

Question

Can someone recommend a good therapist for relationship/self-esteem issues? Ideally with decent English (although not necessarily). Ideally someone who is familiar with issues affecting the gay community but again, this isn't totally necessary.
If anyone can recommend someone other than CHS (I haven't anything against them but I am aware they exist so was after alternative recommendations)
thanks in advance
(already posted this a few weeks ago but didn't get any answers so am trying again - you never know!)

I can warmly recommend mine: http://paulschuchhard.com/PAULSCHUCHHARD/COUNSELING.html - thoughtful, knowledgable and simply very kind.

I can highly recommend someone I've worked with who is actually a coach vs. therapist, but she has helped me with my confidence, self-esteem, and relationships issues. I'm a gay man and she is highly in tune with the gay community. You decide: www.unicorn-consulting.com.
