Theory driving test in English

A friend today took the theory driving test in Anderlecht in English. All but one person failed and lodged complaints.. The interpreter's grammar was a little shaky, he would speak and then correct himself, and he used the wrong terminology, for example talking about being parked or stopped, not parked and waiting.
From relatively recent experience, can anyone recommend a test center, around or not too far from Brussels?
