TGV ticket to Lille

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to get a TGV ticket to Lille online that does not involve having to collect the ticket with the credit card and ID of the payer at the station? Printable online tickets as with Thalys or Eurostar?

How does one have the company buy the train ticket in this case? It seems quite absurd...plus I am not thrilled about the prospect of waiting on lines at Midi early in the morning to collect a ticket!
