I have no technical complains, my HD TV, telephone and internet work just fine.

However, I receive bills and communications in Dutch while I am registered as French speaker, and they did not answer several complains by e-mail regarding the fact that I cannot see RAIDUE and RAITRE (I am Italian) although they advertise you can... so customer servie not so much...

Beats Belgacom though!
