TECHEM CALORIBEL

Has anyone had any experience with Caloribel - the company that reads the consumption of radiators for heating in apartments.
Do their calculations end up more expensive than that of the energy companies? They have a unique way of calculating the units - they are neither M3 nor KWh.
Any Ideas?
