Tax refund in the UK

Question

Following the tax return online I completed for the tax year 2010-2011, I got back a certain amount of tax back on my UK account, which corresponds to the calculation on line. Could somebody tell me if it is possible now that they make an enquiry and question the amount, so that I would have to give something back? Or can I be sure that I can use the amount I received and I will not have to give it back? thank you for your help

J

No - if they've given it back, then that's it.
.
The only issue might be if you have committed fraud by failing to declare something or lying on your tax form AND you get found out. Which I would guess is not the case.
