Another cooking question. Does anyone know where to buy tapioca starch flour in Brussels. Does anyone know whether they sell it at the Chinese supermarket in town.

Hi, yes they do, but in quite large sacks and referred to as Tapico flour / farine. Great for Gluten free cooking at all times though
