Tailor for wedding dress

Dear all,
I am looking for an inexpensive tailor in the Ixelles/Woluwé/St Gilles/Etterbeck areas who can sew my wedding dress according to a pattern that I have. Also, how does it work, does the tailor normally have a wide selection of wedding fabrics or should I try get hold of that myself? In that case, can anyone advise me where?
