My 18 year old nephew is looking for a summer job working on a building site? Is it worth looking in Brussels or is he better off trying the UK? Anyone know where I'd get any information?

With the amount of unemployment here and I assume missing language skills I just don't see it as likely - he would have better chances in the UK where the locals tend to turn the nose up at these kind of jobs
