I do rent a room in my apartment, here it is the ad:

FACILITIES - kitchen (fully equipped), dining area, bathroom and toilet are to be shared with a one person.
CONNECTION = extremely well connected with any part of town by buses, trams, metros or by foot- 30 minutes walking distance to EU and Parliament.
RENT - 620 €/moth – CHARGES: 30 € for Limitless internet (Wi-Fi), central heating, gas, electricity, water, wash-machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, use of bed linen and towels, communal charges, tax,. – DEPOSIT: 650 € (fully refundable)) - THE COST of accommodation ALL INCLUSIVE is 650 € per month. SHORT TERM (3 months) is welcome as well as well as long term.
