Stromae’s “Ta Fête” is official Red Devils Song

The song “Ta Fête” by Belgian singer-songwriter Stromae is the official anthem of the Red Devils, Belgium’s national football team, during this summer’s World Cup tournament in Brazil. In typical Stromae fashion, the artist is using a teaser clip to build up suspense before the official release of the full music video at the end of April. The clip shows Stromae waking up in a red tent in the middle of the pitch at Brussels’ King Baudouin Stadium, standing at the urinal with players from the team, and advising coach Marc Wilmots on the best strategy. The clip was posted to the Belgian Red Devils Facebook page yesterday along with the message: “Proud to announce Stromae’s “Ta Fête” will be our official song for the World Cup. We hope you’ll all join the party!”.
