Stay back period and Job opportunities for Automotive engineer

Question

I am doing my masters in Sustainable Automotive Engineering which is based on Electric and hybrid power train. I have 4 years of relevant job experience in automotive industry as a product design engineer. How are the job opportunities for such profile if I don't know Dutch?
Also what is stay back period after my masters in Belgium?

Given that Toyota Europe is a major employer in that field and is based just outside Brussels, and that they are the world leader in Hybrid technology and operate completely in English, I can't imagine that your lack of Dutch will be an issue at all.
