I was sent a notice saying I was speeding near Knokke in March. I was going 81 in a 70 zone. I have just gotten the actual ticket and it is for 170 Euro. It seems pretty steep for 11 km over the speed limit. How are the fines calculated? Is there a site where I can look it up?
