Question

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Has anybody ever heard of a Spanish certificado ultimas voluntades?

If yes, where can I get a certified copy? Spanish banks require this document, but I do not think it exists in English inheritance laws.

This is a very standard administrative procedure / document needed in Spain when someone dies.

You haven't said for who or why you need it but if it is for a person who died in Belgium, contact the Belgian notaire handling the estate, if it is for someone who died in Spain, contact the Spanish notaire handling the estate.
