Question

I figured out the solution for Xpats.com QA section. Limit the number of answer per IP to 1 per hour. This way the trolling will be much more limited! It avoid schizophrenic people like TaxMan, TaxPay, Communal Agent and Police Guy answering the same topic!

Who thinks this is a good solution?

The best thing is to either just ignore the moron, or use the "report abuse" option.
