Social benefits for independent worker

As a not too well paid independent worker, trying to pay mutuelle & taxes, I spend too little time with my child (13), especially Wednesday afternoons when schools are closed. Daughter prefers to be alone except if she could get to & from, say, horseriding. Any social support for this situation in Wallonia?
