Smaller internet providers

Hi, do you have experience with Internet providers like Billy, Cybernet, EDPnet or others?

I live in Auderghem and use the Internet a lot. After Belgacom upped the speeds in September, the local cables are overloaded in the evenings, sometimes I get 10% of what I pay for. The line as such is ok, Ive been through that. Same with VOO a year ago, so that is not an option.  Thank you.
