Sky tv

Please can you tell me what the deal is with signing up to SKY tv over here? We currently have freeview box via TV From Home and several channels seem to be showing 'No Signal' at an alarming rate, so we're thinking of changing to Sky. Can someone enlighten me what the 'rules' are - I understand you need a UK address, which we do have. How do I go about it from Belgium? Thanks all.
