Question

We're leaving our rental apartment early (9 year contract), and both the owners and we are looking for new tenants to take over the apartment.
Is it normal that the owners expect us to show the apartment for them? We're on good terms with them, and I don't really mind, but I'm just surprised.

Just check your contract.
If you have a standard one (main residence – 9 years) you will need to be available 2h per day, 3 days per week.
Normally you can manage all the viewings on your own. The landlord or his/her representative has the right to be present during the viewings.
