Shower Head -
No. Water softening doesn’t work like that.
You can get Brita water filter jugs that demineralise 1 litre of water at a time for kettles and coffee machines and drinking.
You can invest in a water softener for your house supply but it will cost you probably around €1000 - €2500 and needs salt to regenerate it.
Showering in hard water will not hurt you.
You need a water softener for this.

found this interesting link explaining why a shower head that softens water is not useful. Its in NL, you can use google to translate. As mentioned by "WEZEMBEEKWANDERER", best is to install a water softener.
if still not convinced, here the link where you can find what you are looking for ;-)

As above shower filters do exist. They are not water softeners. They clean out certain chemicals and have a filter that needs replacing. With Brussels water that could be very often because of the hardness.
So you can filter but if you want to remove the calcium you need a full house water softener.
There is a good FAQ in English at this brand of shower filter https://helloklean.com/pages/faqs
if scaling of the shower head is the problem , try somewhat cooler showers,
one can descale the shower head by putting it in a container of vinegar , no need to disassemble if left for long enough in the vinegar.
Do not lower the boiler temp as Legionella is far worse than a scale clogged shower head.
