Service for Address change

Hi all ,

I am soon shifting to a new apartment . Is there a service which can inform companies / services regarding the address changes for me ? Basically a service which informas all companies (eg. Belgacom,Electrabel,Car insurance company,Securex etc) which provide me services about the address change from X (old apartment) to Y (new apartment) ?
