Selling a property

I am planning to sell my apartment (with no agency) and I was wondering if in this case the choice of a one notaire instead of the other makes a difference.

I know very well that when I buy an apartment the costs to pay to the Notaire are pretty much fixed but is it the same for the case of selling?

I have my Notaire which I used for some purchases but I never had the opposite experience, and before asking him directly I'd like to get some feedback here.
