Second hand car
Hello all, I urgently need to buy a second hand car as our current car has broken done and it isn't worth fixing. Budget is VERY tight, I have seen some cars advertised for around 25OO€ which is about the absolute maximum I can afford at the moment. Do you think it is possible to buy a car in this price range which I can trust to not break done regularly, I don't do a lot of driving but mainly need a car to drop my kids off at their various activities. I am hoping to be able to find a car in this price range that will still hold up for about 20.000 km without major costs? Any thoughts or recommendations about dealers and so on? I know nothing about cars by the way... THANKS!
Do you need a big car or would a small car do? If a small car is enough, buy a Toyota Yaris. Those things are built like a tank and last forever! For that price though, you may need to settle for an older or high mileage model - not that it really matters since reliability does not depend on either but rather on proper maintenance.
