Samsung mobile phone - repair?

Question

During vacations, I bought a Samsung Galaxy phone. Alas, it does not work now that I put in the micro sim card. Simply does not spring to life.

Does Samsung have a customer service in Belgium where I could ask for a check up and repair of the machine?

There is a Samsung store at the beginning of Rue Neuve. They do also repairs I believe.

No, I did not mean Media Markt... The Samsung Store is the old PhoneHouse. The exact address is: Muntplein 15 - 1 000 Brussel
Its close to the Bourse.

Thanks to all posters. The new Samsung flagship store is actually on the backside of the Centre Brouckère, opposite of the Munt opera house.
