The normal 'soldes d'été 2015' period is from the 1st through to 31st of July. Most major shops have some type of articles on sale during that period.

MWR, I was under the impression that law had been changed and now SALES may happen at any time, not just the JULY and JAN of yesteryear. Although, granted the business still mostly adhere to this BIG sales period.
