Running a UK company resident in Belgium

I do have a name of someone is is supposed to be good. Perhaps we could share his fee and go together....just a thought. I need to go soon.

If not trading in Belgium, AND no income is received in Belgium, ask your UK accountant how to manage it, using their office as a the company's registered address.

If income received in Belgium or trading in Belgium, then it is subject to Belgian company law and taxation - you will need a Belgian accountant and need to set up a Belgian subsidiary through which to trade.
