I'ld just like to warn everyone, AGAIN, about the shuttle bus service from the Gare du Midi to Charleroi Airport operated by Voyages L'Elan. I paid online, in advance, for two tickets for a bus at 5:00 in the morning. That bus didn't come. Neither did the following scheduled bus at 5:20. Of course there was no answer when calling the phone number listed on the ticket. We were worried about getting our flight so we took a taxi with some other stranded passengers. The company refuses to take any responsibility, refuses to pay back the unused tickets and has not even apologised for their buses that did not come. So please beware. This is not an honest, or reliable, company.
