Returning to Belgium

Dear All,
I left Belgium in Jan 2016. But I have a valid 5 years residence card. I also possess a Annex - 18 given by commune that allows me an entry based on my residence card for one year.
I want to look for a job there in Brussels. Are there any good placement agencies in Brussels that have good track record especially in Software field?
