Restaurant for Lunching in Brussels

I was wondering if anyone has ever tried the Bolleke restaurant in the area of Place Madou, Congrès, Art-Loi, Brussels Central station area? I believe it's a good place for expats in Brussels to discover the Brussels typical dish: Meatballs in tomato sauce with fries and homemade mayonnaise. It sounds great!
