Report a crime

Dear xpats,

I just became a victim of a scam, and would like to report these fraudulent activities to the police (and also ensure my safety, as I do not know how far scammers are able to go). However, I feel completely lost on the website of Brussels Police. First of all it says "Police Ixelles Capitale". So there is only police for Ixelles and the center of Brussels? And I do not know whether I should go to "Commissariat" or to which section. Any advice?
