replacing lost ID card at Brussels commune

Hi,
Has anybody lost their belgian ID card and replaced it at the Brussels commune? How long did it take to get the replacement. I already called the 800 number to block the card, and also have gone to the police to report it lost. Now i need to go to the Brussels commune and given the slowness of their process, wondered if anybody had any receent experience with this commune for this issue. Thanks!
