Rental Property problems - where to complain?
Myself and several of the others in my building have been experiencing ongoing problems with the property which is in bad condition and desparately needs repair. We rented our flats (as foreigners) from a site on the internet which we feel is misleading. We think the house is not proper to live in and we want to stop anyone else having to be stuck in the same circumstances as we are.
We want to make a formal complaint about the owner. Is there some regulatory body of landlords in Belgium, or some tenants rights association that we can address our complaint to?

The way to proceed is to take the owner to court for breach of his legal obligations under the tenancy contract.
