Question

Evening all, we are looking to rent out our flat in Brussels this year. Does anyone know how we can get assistance in drawing up the contract? Thanks.

Don't waste money on "getting one drawn up". Use this one. Get help with anything you don't understand by all means, but this is by far the clearest and easiest contract available, an is fair on both landlord and tenant.
