Rental Contract Agreement Form
Dear all,
How many pages in general does a rental agreement contract comprise of?
There are different articles on the contract and article 9 is general clauses.
I have it from a good source that there should be a further number of articles, ie - going as far as 15,16 & 17.
Anyone know diffferent?

A rent contract can be as long or as short as you want it. There is no specific number of articles in a rent contract. However there are "model" contracts out there that many people use.

The number of pages / articles in the contract is irrelevant, it is the content of the contract that is important.
Remember that the actual contract MUST be in French or Dutch (or German in the germanophone area), a contract written in English (other than for employment) has no legal standing in Belgium.

Official documents and contact with official instances must be in the national languages.
Contracts between private parties can be set in any language but will have to be translated into one of the official languages in case a conflict arises and Court proceedings are required. This will have to be done by an officially recognized translator and may have associated costs. It is not illegal however as said by Becasse.
