Refrigerator repair

Hello all,

I would be grateful for some advice with fridge repairs. First, can anyone recommend a good service? Second, is it usual practice to take broken refrigerators to a repair shop, or do they come out to one's house and fix (most) problems there? Sorry if the second question is too basic, but I have never had to deal with this kind of problem before, and it would be good to know this in advance for reasons I won't bore you with.
