Reduction of income tax when having children

Question

I had a baby last year, and I think I've heard somewhere that you pay less tax when you have children?

I still pay the same as before, will it change after I do my declaration or is it something my employer should have done? (We use Partena for calcucation of the salary).

I'm now expecting 2 more babies, so I would like to be sure I got it right!

Yes, you do get tax reductions for children. You should tell your payroll people. You should also be getting family allowance through them as well.
.
The tax deducted is invariably wrong. It will get corrected quite some time later when you get your tax bill through. It should be a reasonable refund.
.
You can also apply for 10% off your précompte Immobilier for each child. I can't remember who you apply to. If you rent, your landlord is supposed to pass this saving on to you.
