Recommendations for therapists (self-esteem issues)
Hello all,
could anyone recommend a decent therapist to help deal with self-esteem issues. I am gay so ideally someone vaguely familiar with issues surrounding the gay community although that isn't essential.
I am already aware of CHS; also preferably therapists rather than life coaches.

I have some experience of Rita Bajusz. She is specializing in Transactional Analysis, and she offers psychotherapy and counselling in English and Hungarian. I don’t know of her experience with gay issues but as with any therapist the best is to speak to her directly and feel how the relationship is and see if you want to proceed.

CHS has wonderful therapists like Lara Brandel. She's very good.
If you are interested, I give free art therapy private courses. All you need to do is either bring your own materials or pay a small amount for using my materials.
