Can anybody please recommend an affordable/pro bono lawyer/solicitor who is fully knowledgeable about British family law - inheritance matters?
You need a UK lawyer. Search under wills, probate at this site http://solicitors.lawsociety.org.uk and choose a town like Folkestone which will not be difficult to visit should you need a face to face.
This is something most small legal offices do every day. It’s very straightforward for initial advice. If you have a very complicated case, they can advise on a specialist.
Why they would consider doing it on a pro bono basis is another matter.
