Recommendation for where to print cartes visites

I've tried Vista Print: cheap but real bad quality paper and color totally off from what I provided. I need a recommendation for a printer where I can get decent cards made from a jpg file at a decent price, preferably somewhere between Bascule Brussels and Waterloo.
