Recommend an estate Agent
Can anyone recommend a good, reliable English and/or Dutch speaking estate agent? We've decided we've just had enough of Belgium and are selling up and heading home so we have to look into selling our apartment in Woluwe St Pierre near Montgomery. There's loads of 'vultures' offering there services but based on many years of bad service experience in Belgium we'd rather go with someone who has first hand recommendations than to just pick one from a a list. Any suggestions?

I can't suggest who you should choose but I can say that in my personal experience don't ever work with Immo De Kerchove. Thieves, full of promises and not a single sense of proffesionalism.
Try Latour et Petit or Sorimmo. From a buying perspective, they were the only 2 of many whom we felt were not backalley scumbags.
Also, look at using one in exclusivity - that way you should be able to negotiate a better deal, and you won't have dozens of the scumbags hassling you to sell the property through them.
I have recommended L&P before on this site. Had very good experience with them last year.
