The furniture and all the equipment comes at no cost for you. Please, introduce yourself when contacting. 5 main reasons why I love this flat and you may too: 1. a great location in a charming part of Ixelles, allowing to walk to many places in Brussels and close to various public transport means for train stations/airports/etc. 2. a lift which is a very nice option when shopping or moving stuff 3. a very quiet space with a lot of light since windows/the balcony give to inner garden courtyards and are big, allowing the light - the scarce commodity in Brussels - come in as much as possible 4. a very spacious living room where you can breathe fully (and practice yoga ;)  5. a bathroom with a bath/shower, because it is nice to spoil yourself every now and again with a glass of red wine in a bubbly water
