Is this open first thing tomorrow? Does anyone know what time the town hall opens so you can view it from above? I want to avoid the inevitable queue if possible!

Tuesday 14 August (construction)
1 pm: one hundred florists bring the first begonias
10 pm: opening
Wednesday 15 till Sunday 19 August
9 am to 11 pm (Sunday till 6 pm): opening of the City Hall with panoramic view on the carpet from the balcony, including the exhibition of the former flower carpets. Entrance: 3 euro. Children under 12 years can enter for free. Access to the Grand-Place is free.
each night: sound and light show at 10 pm, 10:30 pm and 11 pm
