I am looking to improve the insulation in my house. It is a 1950s house with a quite a few external walls. These walls are only brick and plaster with no insulation.
I'm looking for a company (Brussels or Brabant based) to provide and fit sound insulation between me and my neighbours above.
Does anyone know when I can expect a refund from the gas company (name momentarily forgotten!) for overpayment? The radiators were 'read' at the end of June.
