As spring is approaching, we are thinking of going to nice parks and gardens. Groote Biijgarden, Keukenhof, Meise Botanical Park are the ones we know of.

Can anyone recommend a nice hotel/B + B not more than an hour from Brussels where you could spend a weekend and do some good cycling?
