Qatar Airways to fly to Brussels daily

Qatar Airways will increase its flights to Brussels from five times a week to once a day, reports Belgian Aviation News. The change was announced by Akbar al Baker, CEO of Qatar Airways, during a meeting with Belgian foreign minister Didier Reynders in Doha, but no start date has yet been given. Qatar Airways has been flying to Brussels since early last year. The airline is also interested in expanding an African network for which Reynders proposed a collaboration with Brussels Airlines, which serves a large number of African destinations.
