Public playground between Brussels centre and Tervuren

hi,
i am looking for a public playground with swings suitable for young kids (not just the plank and backrest, the kind of swing with a "front bar" so that they don't fall out. we live on the east of brussels. anything between brussels centre and tervuren would do. i have been to several playgrounds, but they only seem to have swings for older kids - and ours is too young for them.
