Hello, I reluctantly sold my apartment in Ixelles in August. I have now received a précompte immobilier for taxes for that property. Are taxes charged in arrears? Seems strange to be responsible for something I have sold.

You should have sorted out the proportion of the PI that needed to be paid by you and by the buyer as part of the sale agreement.
