Property ownership after Divorce

I am in the process of getting divorced. As part of this I would like to transfer our shared (mine and my wife's) property into just her name. Could someone please let me know how this can be done at minimal cost?. Is it just a question of renotarising and approx how much would this cost?. Any experience of this much appreciated
The fees for re-registering the property into your own name are based on a fixed scale, but how much you are charged will depend on whether you have a mortgage and the value of the property, the proportions being transferred etc. These costs are usually borne by the person acquiring the property, but can be shared. Your notaire is the only person who can really tell you accurately how much it's going to cost.
